2. Development: transforming the marketing process
Developing tools to increase customers’ value for the company. Firmly embedding customer value in KPIs, reporting procedures and systems. Redesigning the campaigning process in order to 



identify opportunities for growth on a regular basis. And finally, training marketeers to carry out this transformation.

3. Training: developing Marketing Intelligence departments
Training current MI department employees and university-level quantitive marketing talents at the MIacademy: the pre-eminent educational institute for marketing high-potentials. MIcompany set up this institute in partnership with KPN, the University of Groningen and Erasmus University Rotterdam. MIacademy’s multi-year programme prepares young academics to work in the very top of the Marketing Intelligence league.
