Improved customer performances of banks

In the past year Dutch banks have slightly improved their performances towards their customers. Rabobank still provides the best customer perfomances, but especially ING and to a lesser extent ABN AMRO improved themselves. The relationship with the bank and the brand are the most important to the customers in their decision to stay loyal.

Univé provides best customer perfomances

For the third year the Dutch Customer Perfomance Index are set on a scientific base of the 100 largest service providers of the Netherlands. Univé provides this year the best customer perfomances and beats IKEA who has won this price the last two years. Furthermore there are two newbies in the top five: XS4ALL (2) and Inshared (4).
